Chai JunI graduated from Great Expectations in 2008 and in college my major was art. I am a full-time mom. I have a beautiful son and a very good husband. I am very grateful to GCI. I was in a very bad place when I entered the program. What GCI taught me is be positive and have hope!. I am able to love and trust again because of GCI. Thank you.
Lii Yuhan (“A Very Cold Rain”) is an 11-year-old fifth-grader who lives with her grandparents and her mother. Her mother, a burn victim, has lost her fingers, and her face is badly disfigured.
